Discover Peace of Mind & Inner Strength
Psychotherapy, Grief Support & Equine Assisted Healing

Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. I provide a gentle and compassionate approach to help teens and adults overcome challenges and improve mental and emotional well-being.
Trauma therapy sessions are based on co-creating a safe and supportive environment to help you process and heal from traumatic experiences. I practice EMDR therapy, an evidence-based trauma protocol, to help you overcome trauma and find relief from suffering.
Find support and guidance in processing grief and loss, and learn how to cope with difficult emotions. Whether you have experienced the death of a loved one, a chronic illness, a major life transition or traumatic event, grief counseling can help you explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviors and discover your inner resilience.
Partnering with horses offers a unique healing experience that helps build confidence and shift energy. Therapeutic coaching with horses is a nature based, mind/body practice that can help you feel a deeper connection with self and the natural world. Now that you are here, I invite you to imagine that you are embarking on a journey. It required your effort, your suffering and your pain, as well as your strength and courage. You have made it this far!
You may feel alone and confused about where you are, where you are going, or how you should proceed. You may be feeling lost, disconnected, shattered or out of control. You may be feeling fear, doubt, self criticism, anger, or lacking the energy to go on.
Yet, something calls from another shore. Maybe a faint glimmer or yearning beckons you. Maybe there is a way through this storm, these peaks and valleys to this other shore. Imagine there is a way, if only you had a map, a compass, a lantern or a torch.
This shore, some unknown destination, seems unimaginable from where you sit now. Yet, part of you knows the truth. The truth that on this unfamiliar shore, on this strangely nonexistent shore, a new self will emerge and greet you with warm embrace.
On this other shore there is freedom, relief, understanding, healing from all you are struggling with at this moment in time.
Now Imagine a warm, trusting hand in yours. Feel into the strength, compassion, and willingness to join with you on this journey. Another, not so different from you. One who has found their way, their safe passage, by reaching out of the darkness and into the hand of some other warm and trusting hand. And so the path toward healing continues....

I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and that therapy can help unlock that potential. I provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore themselves, their relationships, and their lives in a fresh and meaningful way.

Equine assisted therapy & coaching sessions are for individuals seeking transformation and healing around specific life issues or personal goals. Whether you are wanting personal, emotional, or spiritual growth, with the help of horses we can explore body/mind patterns, stuck behaviors, limited ways of thinking, relationship issues or emotional support and release. Horses bring us into the present moment and help reveal our true Self. They remind us of innate freedom and give us permission to embody our power without shame or self consiousness. Through facilitation I will assist you in uncovering and identifying where you feel out of alignment and help you shift beyond outdated patterns and conditioned ways of being. This process becomes the ground for greater authenticity, insight, genuine connection, heart opening & expansion.
Sessions take place at a private farm in Longmont, CO
